I wish I could rate it negative 4 stars. So I had it in my Google Home Screen. And when I saw there was an app available, I went ahead and downloaded the app. Thinking that things would be easier. No way, so with app I set upI tried to log in it and it keep saying error I know my password. I double checked it. I put it in same thing. Same thing. It was a big waste of time and very frustrating.

I am able to complete the surveys on my phone just as easily as I am on my computer. one thing I will mention to the developers, there have been a few occasions when I needed to complete a survey with the use of a web camera. this option is currently not available on the app. either give the option to switch devices so that a person can complete their survey on their computer, or give a heads up beforehand that webcam is necessary to complete survey. otherwise the survey is lost once opened.

I like the service, and would totally recommend to everyone! But the app is so unreliable it's almost pathetic. I can't tell you how many surveys that have been interrupted/failed because the app just stopped working or randomly logged me out... I pretty much only do surveys on my windows machine at this point. Absolutely no issues there. And the worst part is this app seems to have gotten less usable the longer I've used it. Lastly, who doesn't have an option to stay logged in in 2023? C'mon.
